Opus Connect LRTI Electric Bicycle

We have owned two Opus Connect LRTi bikes for over a year. One for myself and one for my wife. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of the components that make up the bike. The motor is very quiet and quite powerful when needed and not intrusive when you don’t need it. The battery last an extremely long time and we haven’t ever come close to exhausting it even on longer rides. The gearing likely contributes to this as with 10 speeds with a wide gear range you really aren’t using the motor power all that often except on hills when an extra boost is helpful. The brakes are very powerful but also have good feedback when applied so no danger of locking up the wheels. The electric control are easy to use and the display is easy to see and operate. The bike is lighter than many comparable electric bikes we tried. For what we paid we couldn’t find anything else better and believe me we tried before we purchased these two Opus electric bikes.
